CHARITIES WE SUPPORT

For Guess & Give Holiday Event 2024, we will be supporting three non-profit organizations including two charities focused on children affected by war, as well as the geography-aligned OpenStreetMap Foundation. All funds raised will be split evenly between the three organizations.

Save The Children: Ukraine Crisis

Mission Statement: Two years of renewed fighting has left 14.6 million people, including nearly 3 million children, in desperate need of humanitarian assistance. Save the Children can provide shelter, care, safety, and hope. Thus far, Save the Children and local partners have supported more than 2.6 million people affected by the ongoing war in Ukraine.

UNICEF: Gaza and West Bank Crisis

Mission Statement: Thousands of children have been displaced, injured, killed or have been caught in the fighting that has engulfed Gaza and Israel. Children on both sides continue to pay the highest price for the violence. The rights of every single child, no matter who or where they are, must be protected. UNICEF is in Gaza, delivering food, water, medicines and other lifesaving supplies.

OpenStreetMap Foundation

Mission Statement: OpenStreetMap Foundation is an international not-for-profit organization which supports, but does not control, the OpenStreetMap Project. OpenStreetMap is one of the largest, most successful open projects in the world, and the leading provider of open map data. Its mappers help millions of people through hundreds of humanitarian use cases. They are dedicated to encouraging the growth, development, and distribution of free geospatial data and to providing geospatial data for anyone to use and share.
